Château Marsyas is the Lebanese estate of the Johnny R. Saadé family. It produces exceptional identity-driven wines. It is located in the Bekaa Valley at an altitude of 900 meters. Cited by Strabo and Pliny the Elder, Marsyas is the ancient name of the Bekaa Valley situated between Mount Lebanon and the Anti-Lebanon. It draws its name from the famous Phrygian Satyr.
The wines of Château Marsyas enjoy a great aromatic complexity and well integrated tannins. The Red is characterized by a dark color and a deep purple reflection. We can detect the scent of black fruit and pepper with a licorice touch. The White is an unoaked blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon, the wine has aromas of citrus, summer flowers and freshly mown grass. In the mouth, it is mineral, full and rounded with notes of citrus.
